Job summary

CandyCo in Lindon, UT is seeking a Production Worker for the 3rd shift to support multiple production lines. You will perform product handling, inspection, packing, and sanitation tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role requires adaptability, the ability to stand for long periods, and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly. Salary includes base wage of $16.00 per hour plus a $2.50 per hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions from Line Leads, Supervisors, and Shift Managers.
• Strong attention to detail (e.g., labeling, lot codes, product quality checks).
• Good personal hygiene and adherence to GMPs.
• Ability to work effectively alone or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Stand at assigned production lines and visually inspect products for quality and defects.
• Load products onto conveyors, hoppers, melters, or other production equipment.
• Hand-pack finished products into trays, cartons, or boxes as required.
• Stack finished cases onto pallets following simple pallet patterns.
• Assist with material movement and replenishing line supplies.
• Rotate to different lines or workstations as needed, including covering lunches and breaks.
