Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC in Abilene, TX is seeking a Packer to join our fast-paced production team. You will be at the end of the line, packing candy that meets quality standards and supporting our GMP and food safety programs.

Your role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. We offer daily safety training and a dynamic work environment in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to routinely and frequently stand, stoop, bend and lift overhead.
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces.
• Should be skilled in using hands effectively.

Responsibilities

• Packing candy that meets quality standards.
• Requesting, receiving product (raw and finished).
• Maintaining product quality and records.
• Packing product per guidelines.
• Delivering product as needed.
• Understanding specifications for each type of product and recognizing deviations.
