Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Tech to ensure only high-quality products are shipped. You’ll work with QA leads and the team to conduct inspections, investigate root causes, and maintain documentation while supporting FSQA compliance and food safety initiatives.

You will learn the functions of all QA team members and may assist during breaks, vacations or sick leave, contributing to a strong food safety culture in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills in English, reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to use MS Office and process execution software.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment, tools and machinery safely.
• Receive, inspect and weigh ingredients; maintain documentation.
• Read and understand process specifications, scales, weights and volumes.
• Ensure sanitation standards and GMP compliance throughout the process.
• Collaborate with plant staff to ensure adherence to RSC guidelines.
