Mars Wrigley is hiring a Machine Operator in Elizabethtown, PA to join the production team and help drive efficient, safe manufacturing of Dove chocolate.

Qualified candidates will have at least a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years in manufacturing, and proficiency with MS Office and email. Preferred skills include SAP, forklift operation, and inventory knowledge; benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• 1+ years' experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email.

Responsibilities

• Performs activities and job tasks within a manufacturing line or area.
• Operates equipment and changeovers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Takes corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level.
• Able to assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, adjustments, and malfunction troubleshooting.
• Performs and/or works with Maintenance to complete equipment preventative maintenance (PM).
• Performs quality control (QC) tasks such as metal checks, inspection of date codes, item numbers, dump logs, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of quality check and keeps detailed logbooks.
• Any ad hoc tasks.
