Job summary

Blommer Chocolate Company is seeking a reliable associate for third shift (Sun–Thu, 11p–7:30a) with base pay $21.50/hour plus a $1 shift differential. The role involves running the milling line, packaging 50 lb cocoa bags, and maintaining product quality and safety.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (or equivalent) and forklift experience. Candidates should be able to read and write English, work well on a team, and follow clear instructions in a demanding manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate milling machinery and ensure smooth product flow.
• Package cocoa into 50 lb bags and palletize.
• Inspect equipment daily for performance.

• Adhere to GMP, HACCP, OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with coworkers across production areas.
