Clasen Quality Chocolate, Inc. in Watertown, WI, is seeking General Laborers for our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. You will melt and grind liquor and butter blocks, aid production, and follow GMP/HACCP safety procedures.

The role offers a 4-day workweek with day and night shifts; starting pay 23.50/hr with a 3.00/night differential, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. Full benefits and overtime are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience lifting 55 lbs on a repetitive basis preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift preferred.

Responsabilités

• Melt and grind 50 lb cocoa liquor and butter blocks; move blocks to table, remove packaging, and push onto conveyor belt.
• Move ingredients in/out of racking to stage room for melting.
• Collect and test samples of liquor and butter as needed (NIR).
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Complete paperwork and log production information (inventory sheets, waste sheets, MSS sheets).
• Sanitation: maintain cleanliness of liquor/butter room and perform periodic cleaning per procedures.
• Attend team, safety, and quality meetings; complete required training and train others as needed.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor; adhere to policies and procedures.
