Clasen Quality Chocolate, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Technician for its Watertown, WI facility. The role is a regular full-time Day shift from 4:55am to 5:25pm, 3-4 days per week, with starting pay of $25.50/hour.

The position offers built-in overtime in the 4-day workweek, a benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and employee wellness incentives. Opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility and contribute to a growing, family-owned company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of industrial warehouse experience, including forklift operation, WMS, and shipping/receiving.
• Knowledge of Excel, RSS, Navision, Plant Control Systems, and Label Management would be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare shipping orders (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Move ingredients and materials using the inventory system to support FIFO/product rotation.
• Load/unload inbound/outbound trailers and tankers; complete inspection forms.
• Receive, inspect, sample, tag, and route incoming materials; pick/pack/load/ship orders.
