Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. in Merrimack, NH is seeking a Chocolate Advisor to help customers enjoy a premium Lindt experience in our store. You will apply product knowledge and strong service skills to create engaging, memorable visits.

The role requires available nights, weekends, and holidays, with compensation of $16.00-$17.00 per hour. Prior retail experience and high school diploma are preferred, and you will work with a team dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and execute work effectively.
• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service to meet sales goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and Lindt selling skills.
• Support in-store operations and merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
• Escalate customer or product issues to management promptly.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
