• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans with excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate commitment to the store's sales mission daily.
• Meet or exceed ADS, conversion, and key performance indicators.
• Model Lindt standards in dress, upselling, and focus.
• Promote current promotions and use resources to optimize selling activity.
• Escalate customer or product issues to management promptly.
