Job summary

PRE-US is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in Allston, MA to grow the client’s chocolate product lines, drive store presence, and manage ordering and merchandising within a defined territory.

You will build store relationships, execute displays, and participate in seasonal programs while maintaining consistent hours and earning benefits. High school diploma required; 1+ years in CPG or food preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in CPG or food experience preferred.
• Prior experience calling on retail stores in a CPG role.
• Prior sales and/or merchandising experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow the client's retail presence through sales and ordering of product lines, displays, and fixtures.
• Sell opportunities for new distribution across a defined geographic territory.
• Own the pre-selling, ordering, and delivery cycle for your assigned territory.
• Establish and leverage strong store relationships to achieve selling objectives.
• Build and assemble displays and fixtures.
• Organize, rotate, and merchandise stock to ensure on-shelf availability.
• Identify and sell in seasonal programs where applicable.
• Follow a defined territory schedule to maintain presence.
• Develop productive working relationships with store employees and customers.
• Increase stores' brand awareness and knowledge of product lines and programs.
