Acosta Group in New York City is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to expand the client’s retail presence by selling and placing product lines, displays, and fixtures, while building relationships with store staff and customers.

You will own pre-selling, ordering, and delivery cycles for your territory, with consistent hours and full training. Career advancement and competitive pay start at $23/hour with benefits and a 401(k).

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of CPG or food experience strongly desired.
• Prior experience calling upon retail stores in a CPG role.
• Prior sales and/or merchandising experience.

Responsabilidades

• Grow the client's retail presence through sale and ordering of product lines, displays, and fixtures.
• Sell opportunities for new distribution across a defined geographic territory.
• Own pre-selling, ordering, and delivery cycle for your assigned territory.
• Build and assemble displays and fixtures.
• Organize, rotate, and merchandise stock products, displays, and fixtures within the store to ensure on-shelf availability.
• Identify and sell in seasonal programs where applicable.
• Follow a defined territory schedule to maintain presence.
• Develop productive working relationships with store employees and customers.
• Increase stores' brand awareness and product knowledge of client product lines and programs.
• Demonstrate success through detailed reporting and data collection.

Experience and Qualifications:
