Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Additional Bonus Potential

Up to $3,000 per month

Position Summary

Your role at The Joint Chiropractic will consist of becoming part of a team that changes the face of chiropractic care. You will serve as a trusted advisor and leader in your office and community, helping to make routine chiropractic care more affordable and accessible. You will work in a high‑volume practice where exams are done efficiently and effectively, allowing you to serve more patients safely.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, questioning, observing, and examining patients; review x‑rays as indicated.
  • Evaluate patients’ neuromusculoskeletal systems and spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine conditions.
  • Perform manual adjustments to the spine or other articulations of the body to correct the musculoskeletal system.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide recommended treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate case histories and patient records, entering notes into electronic medical software.
  • Arrange for diagnostic x‑rays when medically necessary and analyze results to locate sources of patient difficulties.
  • Provide consultations, exams, and treatment plans for chiropractic maintenance visits.
  • Manage clinic staff as necessary.
  • Sell membership packages to patients.
  • Perform a high volume of chiropractic adjustments daily, primarily using diversified adjustments and drop tables.
Full‑Time Employees – Other Compensation & Benefits
  • Health insurance: eligible after 60 days of employment (first of the month following 60 days).
  • Performance‑based incentives and commissions related to sale of membership packages.
  • Group medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for full‑time employees (30+ hours/week).

  • Paid vacation (accrued per hour worked; up to 120 hours annually for managers with less than five years of service).
  • Oregon Sick Leave (OSL) and Paid Leave Oregon (PLO) eligibility as per state regulations.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • In‑depth knowledge of musculoskeletal system disorders and treatments.
  • Proficiency in performing spinal adjustments and other chiropractic techniques.
  • Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and explain treatment plans clearly.
  • Active listening skills to understand patient concerns and symptoms.
  • Ability to analyze patient conditions based on observations, medical history, and diagnostic tests.
  • Critical thinking skills to develop and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, stretches, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Ability to educate patients on nutrition, exercise, and ergonomic practices.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in chiropractic care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain state licensure.
