Life Time Inc. is seeking a chiropractor to work in Life Clinic within Life Time facilities in Naperville, IL. This role focuses on 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits, with a cash-based session model and potential schedule flexibility as revenue targets are met.

Expect base salary of $80,000–$90,000 with monthly incentives and a total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year. The position requires dedication to patient care and clinic marketing, with 50+ hour weeks and Saturday mornings.”

Qualifications

• Experience performing chiropractic adjustments and rehab exercises.

• Ability to market services and convert consultations into ongoing care.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and IMJT tailored to each patient.
• Design rehab exercise programs and monitor progress.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans including financial and scheduling options.
• Maintain SOAP notes and manage scheduling and patient communications.
• Collaborate with Life Time staff for integrated care delivery.
