Life Time Inc. is seeking a chiropractor to provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises within Life Time facilities, offering 30-minute 1:1 visits and a primarily cash-based model with flexible scheduling as revenue targets are met.

The role starts at $80,000 with potential to exceed $150,000 in total cash compensation annually. Expect marketing, patient care delivery, and strong patient relations; willingness to work 50+ hours weekly, including Saturdays, with extensive training

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge including spinal/extremity adjustments and rehab protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care.
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Perform chiropractic adjustments and IMJT tailored to each patient; guide rehab programs and adjust plans as needed.
• Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management: Outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients; present care plans and follow up.
• Administrative & Operational: Maintain SOAP notes, manage scheduling and patient communications; collaborate with Life Time staff.
