Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a chiropractor to provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises at Life Time facilities. This role emphasizes 1:1 patient visits, a cash-based model, and flexible scheduling after revenue targets are met.

The base salary starts at $80,000 with a potential up to $95,000, plus a monthly incentive that can push total cash compensation well above $150,000 annually, depending on performance.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: perform chiropractic adjustments and IMJT tailored to each patient; rehab guidance and progress monitoring.
• Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management: outreach to Life Time members and prospective patients; present care plans and scheduling options.
• Administrative & Operational: maintain SOAP notes; manage scheduling and patient communications; collaborate with staff for integrated care.
