Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a chiropractor to provide adjustments, IMJT, and rehab exercises within Life Time facilities. The role emphasizes 30-minute, 1:1 visits and a primarily cash-based model with flexible scheduling as revenue targets are met.

Compensation starts at $80,000–$90,000, with monthly incentives and total compensation potential of $150,000+ per year depending on performance.

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient
• Clinical Care: Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management: Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients
• Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management: Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up
• Administrative & Operational: Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation
• Administrative & Operational: Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Administrative & Operational: Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery
