Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a chiropractor to perform adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises within Life Time facilities. The role emphasizes 1:1 visits, a cash-based model, and flexible scheduling as revenue targets are met.

Base salary starts at $80,000 with potential to exceed $150,000 annually through performance incentives. Expect 50+ hour weeks, including Saturdays, and active patient marketing and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care.
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and IMJT tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide rehab programs, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans including financial and scheduling options.
