Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Chiropractor to provide adjustments, soft tissue work and rehab inside Life Time facilities. You’ll deliver 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits in a cash-based model with flexible scheduling. Life Time supports extensive training and a proven blueprint for success.

Starting salary is $80,000 with performance incentives and total cash potential over $150,000 per year. Expect 50+ hour weeks, Saturday mornings, and active patient acquisition and service delivery.

Qualifications

• D.C. required with active license.
• Strong clinical knowledge in spinal and extremity adjustments.
• Experience with rehab and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT).
• Excellent communication and patient care.
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans including financial and scheduling options and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation and manage scheduling and patient communications.
• Collaborate with Life Time staff for integrated care delivery.
