Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Chiropractor to join Life Clinic within Life Time facilities. You’ll provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises in a 30-minute, 1:1 model at cash-based clinics across 75+ locations, with a path toward 200.

This role emphasizes maintaining patient function and performance while delivering exceptional care. Base salary is $80,000–$90,000 with monthly incentives and a total comp potential of $150,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, rehab protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care.
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, empathetic patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and IMJT tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide rehab exercise programs, monitor progress, adjust plans as needed.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans including financial/scheduling options and follow up.
• Maintain timely SOAP notes, manage scheduling, and coordinate with staff.
