Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Chiropractor for LifeClinic to provide adjustments, IMJT, and rehab within Life Time facilities. Expect 30‑minute, 1:1 visits in a cash-based model with flexible scheduling as revenue targets are met.

Starting salary is $90,000, with up to $110,000 base and total cash compensation potential over $150,000 per year through monthly incentives. The role requires 50+ hours weekly, including Saturday mornings, and active patient marketing and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients
• Present personalized care plans and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up
• Maintain accurate SOAP note documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery
