Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a chiropractor within LifeClinic to provide adjustments, rehab, and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) in Life Time facilities. The 30-minute, 1:1 visits model features a cash-based setup with extensive training and a proven blueprint for success.

The role offers a base salary of $80,000 to $95,000, with a monthly incentive pushing total cash compensation to $150,000+ per year. Expect 50+ hours per week, including Saturday mornings, to build a strong client base.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care.
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes, manage scheduling and patient communications.
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery.

Practice Model:

• 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits
• Health-conscious patient base
• Primarily cash based sessions – avoid the insurance hassle
• Schedule flexibility (i.e. reduce work days or clinic hours) once revenue target is met
• Proven blueprint and extensive training

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and pays up to $95,000 based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.

• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up

Administrative & Operational

• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
