Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Chiropractor to join Life Clinic within Life Time facilities. You will perform adjustments, IMJT, and rehab programs, while engaging with members on the gym floor and promoting care plans.

The role requires dedication to patient outcomes and building a client base through marketing and excellent service. Expect base pay of $80,000–$105,000 with monthly incentives; total cash compensation can exceed $150,000 per year based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must have chiropractic license and be able to perform adjustments and rehab protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to market services and present care plans to patients.
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT).
• Design and guide rehab exercise programs and adjust plans as needed.
• Outreach to Life Time members and prospective patients to grow patient base.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes, manage scheduling, and coordinate with staff.

Practice Model:

• 30-minute, 1:1 patientvisits
• Health-conscious patient base
• Primarily cash based sessions – avoid the insurance hassle
• Schedule flexibility (i.e.reducework daysor clinic hours) once revenue target is met
• Proven blueprint and extensive training

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and pays up to $105,000 based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.

• Excited about base + performance-based pay
• Committed to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations – usually takes 6 months

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs,monitoringprogress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Conduct outreach and direct marketing toLife Timemembers and prospective patients
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up

Administrative & Operational

• Maintainaccurate,timelySOAP note documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Collaborate withLife Timestaff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care
• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software
• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience
