Job summary

Life Clinic at Life Time Inc. seeks a chiropractor to provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab programs within Life Time facilities. The role focuses on 30-minute, 1:1 visits with a primarily cash-based model and flexible scheduling to reach revenue targets.

Base salary starts at $80,000 with potential for incentives pushing total cash compensation beyond $150,000 per year. Expect 50+ hour weeks, including Saturdays, with marketing duties and strong patient care as core responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes, scheduling, and patient communications.
• Collaborate with Life Time staff for integrated care delivery.

LifeClinic Summary

At LifeClinic, our mission is torestore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor here, you’ll provideadjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercisesinside Life Time facilities. We’re already in75+ locationsand on track for200.

Practice Model

• 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits
• Health-conscious patient base
• Primarily cash based sessions – avoid the insurance hassle
• Schedule flexibility (i.e. reduce work days or clinic hours) once revenue target is met
• Proven blueprint and extensive training

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and may be increased based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.

Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up

Administrative & Operational

• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery
