Job summary

Life Time Inc. is hiring a chiropractor for LifeClinic within Life Time facilities to deliver adjustments, soft tissue work and rehab exercises in a 30-minute, 1:1 format. The role operates across Life Time locations with a primarily cash-based session model.

Starting salary is $80,000 with potential to exceed $150,000+ per year through monthly performance incentives and achievement of targets. This position emphasizes patient care, relationship-building, and scalable clinic growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy tailored to each patient.
• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients.
• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation.
• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery.

Practice Model

• 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits


• Health-conscious patient base


• Primarily cash based sessions – avoid the insurance hassle


• Schedule flexibility (i.e. reduce work days or clinic hours) once revenue target is met


• Proven blueprint and extensive training

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and may be increased based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.

• Committed to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations – usually takes 6 months

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed

Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients


• Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up

Administrative & Operational

• Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation


• Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications


• Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care


• Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software


• Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment


• Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience
