Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical billing, revenue cycle operations, healthcare customer service, or healthcare technology support preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Experience with SaaS products or healthcare software support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and provide clear, timely guidance through approved support channels.
• Explain CT Revenue features, claim statuses, denials, and payer workflows to customers.
• Research issues using product data and internal resources; escalate when needed.
• Document steps and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Differentiate billing, payer, configuration, training, and technical questions and route accordingly.
• Meet responsiveness and customer-satisfaction targets in interactions.
