Job summary

PracticeTek is seeking a CT Revenue Support Lead in the United States to act as the senior SME for chiropractic billing, revenue cycle workflows, and escalations. You will drive billing-knowledge development, guide complex cases, and partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to improve support quality.

You will mentor the team on CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and payer processes while delivering timely, accurate guidance in a fast-paced healthcare-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue-cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and payer workflows.
• Experience leading support teams and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex CT Revenue support escalations involving claims, denials, and payer responses.
• Establish consistent support standards for billing-related questions and documentation.
• Coach and develop support specialists to resolve questions accurately at the right level.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to improve workflows and product experience.
• Own the quality and consistency of internal CT Revenue guidance and knowledge content.
