Job summary

Cook Chiropractic Center in Garland, TX seeks a friendly Chiropractic Assistant to support the chiropractor with patient care and help the office run smoothly. You will manage scheduling, answer calls and emails, greet patients, and may assist with basic clinical tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior administrative experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive and assist with check-in.
• Maintain waiting room cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
• Answer inquiries via phone and email.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information.
• Verify payment methods and process payments.
• Maintain supplies and inventory levels.
• Administer screening assessments as requested.
