Job summary

Enhanced Living Travelers Rest Chir is seeking a friendly Chiropractic Assistant to support the Chiropractor with patient care and keep the office running smoothly. You will assist with scheduling appointments, answering calls and emails, greeting patients, and performing basic clinical tasks as needed.

The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a schedule of 2-3 days per week from 8am to 6pm in a customer‑focused clinic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative experience, preferably in a health care setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic
• Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room
• Answer inquiries via phone calls and email
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information
• Verify payment methods and process payments
• Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory
• Administer screening assessments as requested
