COOK CHIROPRACTIC CENTER is seeking a friendly Chiropractic Assistant to join our busy clinic. You will help the Chiropractor with patient care and keep the office running smoothly, including scheduling, answering calls and emails, and greeting patients.

Responsibilities also include potential clinical support such as diagnostic assessments, data entry, and ensuring a welcoming, organized environment for patients and staff alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive at the clinic
• Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room
• Answer inquiries via phone calls and email
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Interview patients to obtain personal and medical information
• Verify payment methods and process payments
• Maintain appropriate levels of supplies and inventory
• Administer screening assessments as requested
