Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions seeks a Chiropractic Assistant for a wellness practice in a full-time role. The candidate will work closely with doctors and the clinical team, delivering hands-on patient support, therapy assistance, and front-desk duties to ensure an outstanding patient experience.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and professional demeanor required.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic.
• Experience in chiropractic, physical therapy, medical, rehabilitation, fitness or wellness settings preferred.
• Chiropractic Assistant licensure preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional customer service throughout visits.
• Assist doctors with patient flow and treatment preparation.
• Prepare treatment rooms and therapy areas for patients.
• Assist with therapeutic modalities and wellness treatments as directed.
• Apply and remove hot/cold packs and other non-invasive therapies as directed.
• Assist with therapeutic exercises, stretching, and rehabilitation activities under supervision.
• Educate patients on exercises and treatment instructions given by the doctor.
• Maintain clean and sanitized treatment tables and areas between patients.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; answer calls and patient questions.
• Check patients in/out and maintain accurate records; assist with payments and front desk tasks.
• Maintain organization of reception and clinical areas; ensure smooth patient flow.
