You will deliver world-class customer service, manage patient flow, check in/out, collect payments, and enter visits into our EMR system while coordinating scheduling via email, phone, and online booking.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients to ensure a wonderful experience
• Manage patient check-in/out, take vitals, and input data into EMR/management software
• Convert calls/texts/emails into bookings
• Schedule appointments and coordinate visits via email, phone, and online booking
• Process payments and provide receipts
• Assist with creating marketing videos
• Respond to social media comments
• Perform additional front office duties to keep the office organized and welcoming
