This is more than a receptionist role—it's a pivotal position guiding patients through their care journeys with warmth and confidence. You’ll join a dynamic team, collaborate across departments, and have opportunities for advancement as the clinic grows.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, medical office, chiropractic, dental, or high-end retail/hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and natural confidence with people.
• Comfortable discussing finances and guiding decision-making conversations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, energetic, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-comfortable with scheduling systems and office tools.
• Team player who takes ownership and thrives on results.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily flow of the clinic.
• Conduct financial consultations and present care plans to new patients.
• Help patients understand their treatment options and commit to care.
• Support patient retention and visit plan compliance.
• Handle payments, insurance verification, and collections accurately.
• Maintain a smooth, organized front office environment.
• Support clinic marketing and community outreach efforts.
