Lifekind Health is seeking a full-time LVN Chiropractic Assistant Supervisor to align frontline operations with corporate goals across California clinics. You will manage timecards, lead staff meetings, handle disciplinary matters, and provide clinical coverage as needed.

Travel between Lifekind Health California locations is required, including Rancho Mirage, Indio, Riverside, San Jacinto, and Victorville. The role demands strong leadership, EHR proficiency, and commitment to patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years as a Chiropractic Assistant in a clinical setting.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory, lead, or management role.
• Chiropractic Assistant certification or CE preferred.
• Experience supervising staff across multiple locations.
• Proficient with EHR systems and clinic workflows.
• Valid California driver’s license and statewide travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and ensure clinical protocol adherence.
• Supervise Chiropractic Assistants across California locations.
• Provide clinical floor coverage when needed.
• Lead biweekly staff meetings and biweekly reviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing staff training.
• Travel between Lifekind Health California locations as required.
