Job summary

Lifekind Health is seeking a full-time LVN Chiropractic Assistant Supervisor in San Jacinto, CA to work with upper management and the Chiropractor Provider Manager. You will supervise staff, manage timecards, conduct meetings, handle disciplinary matters, and provide clinical coverage while traveling between California locations.

This role requires 2–3 years as a Chiropractic Assistant and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, plus certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chiropractic Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, lead, or management experience.
• Chiropractic Assistant certification or equivalent continuing education preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel to all Lifekind Health California locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage timecards biweekly via ADP and approve staff hours.
• Conduct biweekly performance reviews and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Supervise Chiropractic Assistants across California locations.
• Provide clinical floor coverage when staffing requires.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing staff training; travel between locations.
