Job summary

Lifekind Health is seeking a full-time LVN Chiropractic Assistant Supervisor in San Jacinto, CA to work with upper management and the Chiropractor Provider Manager. You will supervise staff, manage timecards, conduct meetings, handle disciplinary matters, and provide clinical coverage while traveling between California locations.

This role requires 2–3 years as a Chiropractic Assistant and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, plus certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chiropractic Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, lead, or management experience.
• Chiropractic Assistant certification or equivalent continuing education preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Willingness to travel to all Lifekind Health California locations.

LVN Chiropractic Assistant Supervisor

Full Time San Jacinto, CA, US

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $71,000.00 Annually

Lifekind Health is looking for a full-time LVN Chiropractic Assistant Supervisor to work closely with upper management and the Chiropractic Provider Manager to align frontline operations with the broader goals of the organization. You will be managing timecards, conducting meetings, handling disciplinary matters, supporting staff, providing clinical coverage, and traveling between locations.

Schedule : Full -time, 5 days per week. Clinics are open 7 days a week, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. Availability to work Saturday and/or Sunday may be required

Clinic Operations & Compliance:

• Ensure consistent adherence to clinical protocols, HIPAA requirements, and PHI-handling standards at all locations
• Monitor staff competency in modality operation (Richmar Quattro 2.5, TheraTouch CX4/EX4, Triton DTS, AutoFlex Table) and EHR documentation (Health Fusion, Savas)
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing CA staff
• Deploy trainers to assist in coverage
• Travel regularly between all California clinic locations as needed
• Directly supervise Chiropractic Assistants across all Lifekind Health California locations
• Serve as a working supervisor — provide clinical floor coverage at any location when staffing requires
• Conduct biweekly meetings with CA staff to review performance, address concerns, updates, and reinforce standards
• Facilitate weekly meetings with upper management and fellow supervisors to align on operational priorities
• Foster a team culture rooted in accountability, professionalism, and excellent patient care

Payroll & Timecard Management:

• Review, verify, and approve CA staff timecards biweekly via ADP
• Monitor attendance patterns, flag discrepancies, and coordinate corrections with HR/Payroll
• Ensure compliance with timekeeping policies across all sites

Performance & Disciplinary Action:

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive, documented feedback
• Initiate and manage progressive disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy and HR guidelines
• Partner with HR to ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant handling of all staff matters
• Document all disciplinary actions thoroughly and maintain accurate personnel records

Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Chiropractic Assistant in a clinical setting
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, lead, or management experience
• Chiropractic Assistant certification or equivalent continuing education preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff across multiple locations or departments
• Proficiency with EHR documentation and general clinic workflows
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for statewide travel
• Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
• Working knowledge of HIPAA/PHI compliance requirements
• Experience using ADP or similar payroll/timecard platform
• Hands-on experience with chiropractic modalities (EMS, ultrasound, traction, heat lamp) preferred
• Experience in a multi-site or franchise healthcare environment preferred
• Willingness to travel to all Lifekind Health California locations, including Rancho Mirage, Indio, Riverside, San Jacinto, and Victorville
