Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly personality.
• Use in-house software to schedule, track and bill patients.
• Contact patients via phone, email, or text to schedule or reschedule appointments.
• Collect patient payments and assist with treatment scheduling.
• Assist with therapies including cryotherapy, cold laser and interferential therapy.
• Maintain patient records and organize documentation.
• Develop and track office promotions and marketing campaigns.
