Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in patients with a friendly, professional experience.
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and assisting with front-office duties.
• Assisting the chiropractor with patient care and treatment as directed.
• Guiding patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation activities.
• Assisting patients with therapy equipment and treatment activities.
• Preparing treatment areas and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Communicating patient needs or concerns to the chiropractor and team.
