Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Prepare and organize Day 1 charts in advance for New Patient appointments.
• Accurately input and update patient information in Platinum.
• Assist patients and demonstrate simple exercises as instructed.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and monitor voicemails each day, ensuring timely responses.
• Maintain and execute a structured call-back list to ensure prompt patient follow-ups.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and secure VA approvals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans while ensuring accurate billing procedures.
• Manage billing correspondence, including handling legal record requests.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering and tracking office supplies.
• Oversee financial transactions and enter payments into patient's ledgers accurately.
