Rapidus Corporation US is seeking a Chip Implementation CAD Engineer (Digital Reference flow development) to lead Synthesis and PnR activities in Albany or other key sites. You will shape the digital reference flow and drive automation using AI/ML-driven DSE.

You will collaborate with EDA vendors, support design contractors, and author technical documentation to enable rapid adoption of next‑generation process nodes and enablement tools for 2nm and beyond.

Qualificações

• Experience in logic synthesis and APR (Automatic Place and Route) flows.
• Experience with advanced process nodes (7nm FinFET and beyond) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to author technical documentation and provide expert customer support.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and verify implementation steps (Synthesis/PnR) of the reference flow.
• Evaluate and productize AI/ML-driven Design Space Exploration (DSE) tools.
• Partner with EDA vendors to integrate the latest features and work with design contractors to streamline implementation methodologies.
• Author technical documentation and provide expert customer support.
