Job summary

NSA is seeking multilingual linguists to support SIGINT and the LADP/dual-hire tracks. Positions require ILR 2/2 in the target language, international collaboration, and analytical reporting. The LADP offers up to three years of structured training and operational tours across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• A degree in any field is acceptable.
• At least one year of relevant experience in language work (translation, transcription, analysis) or related fields.
• Minimum ILR level 2/2 reading and listening in the target language.
• Entry-level requires high school diploma/GED plus 4 years of relevant experience or an Associate's plus 2 years.
• Full performance requires higher qualifications up to a Master’s/Doctoral with related experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, transcribe, and translate foreign language materials.
• Engage with partners and customers across the Intelligence Community.
• Schedule and complete language proficiency testing within four weeks.
• Mentor and support junior language analysts as needed.
• Produce written assessments and analytic reports.
