Job summary

CNSS • National Security Systems seeks a linguist to support NSA SIGINT operations. MDLA responsibilities include translating, transcribing, and analyzing foreign language materials. You may enter through LADP or direct hire, with opportunities across analytic offices.

Applicants must have ILR 2/2 in reading/listening for the target language, and be prepared for testing and travel as part of the selection process.

Qualifications

• A degree in any field is acceptable.
• At least one year of relevant language or analysis experience.
• ILR level 2/2 reading/listening in target language required.
• Entry/Developmental or Full Performance experience paths explained.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, transcribe, and translate foreign language materials for SIGINT.
• Engage with partners and customers across the Intelligence Community.
• Develop analytic competencies through LADP or direct hire.
• Provide timely, accurate assessments and reports.
• Mentor and coach other Language Analysts as appropriate.
