Job summary

CNSS • National Security Systems seeks Language Analysts (MDLAs) to support NSA SIGINT mission. Roles involve analyzing foreign language materials, transcribing, translating, and providing analytic reports. LADP paths or direct hire may apply based on experience and language proficiency.

The position requires ILR 2/2 in reading and listening, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across offices with partners and customers in the Intelligence Community.

Qualifications

• A degree in any field is acceptable.
• At least one year of relevant experience in language work or related fields.
• Minimum ILR level 2/2 in reading/listening for the target language.
• Entry/Developmental or Full Performance levels depend on education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, transcribe, translate key foreign language information.
• Engage with partners, enablers, and customers across the Intelligence Community.
• Mentor, coach, and lead other Language Analysts as applicable.
• Prepare written and oral assessments and reports.
