Job summary

NSA/CSS seeks linguists to support the SIGINT mission as Multidisciplined Language Analysts (MDLAs). The LADP path offers intense training and tours; direct hire is possible for experienced candidates.

Roles involve analyzing foreign language materials and producing assessments for policymakers and partners. Candidates must meet ILR 2/2 reading/listening in the target language and may have a degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• A degree in any field is acceptable.
• At least one year of relevant experience in language or related fields.
• ILR level 2/2 reading and listening proficiency required.
• Multiple education paths accepted including high school with experience, Associate or Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, transcribe, and translate foreign language materials.
• Work across NSA and IC with analysts; perform language quality control.
• Mentor and coach other Language Analysts and release reports.
• Support SIGINT mission through analytic reporting and collaboration.
