Job summary

NSA/CSS seeks multilingual Language Analysts to support SIGINT missions. MDLAs engage across the Intelligence Community, with LADP and direct hire options. A minimum ILR 2/2 in reading/listening is required, and applicants should have relevant experience or education.

Security clearances, travel for testing, and rigorous selection processes are part of the role. U.S. citizenship is required for employment with NSA.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze foreign language material for SIGINT purpose (translation, transcription, analysis)
• Provide written and oral assessments with insights unavailable from other disciplines
• Engage with partners, enablers, and customers across the Intelligence Community
• Mentor, coach, and lead other Language Analysts as SME where applicable
