Job summary

Rapport International is seeking qualified interpreters for in-person interpretation in the Omaha, Nebraska area. Roles are independent contractor, PRN and part-time with flexible hours; availability Monday–Friday 7AM–5PM is preferred.

Applicants must be fully bilingual, with strong communication and listening skills, familiarity with medical terminology, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality in HIPAA-regulated environments. Vaccination proof is requested during hiring.

Requirements:

• We are looking for IN PERSON interpreters only, you must have transportation to attend appointments locally
• Technical skills for learning/using online portal (printing and uploading vouchers required)

• Background checks and drug screens required
• Schedule is PRN (as needed), part time (or less depending on languages spoken) and is flexible based on interpreter's availability and preferences. However, applicants must have some availability M-F 7AM-5PM as this is when services are typically needed.

Please note, this is an independent contractor position with flexible hours. Hours are not guaranteed and are based on availability, languages spoken and client needs.
