Job summary

Group14 Technologies, a leader in silicon battery materials, is seeking a highly resilient Program Manager (China Market Focus) to lead qualification programs with major Chinese battery manufacturers and OEMs. You will bridge R&D, Global Operations, Quality, and Finance to ensure on-time, on-budget program delivery and clear communication.

You will manage milestones from sampling gates to scale-up, coordinate technical discussions, audits, and visits, and travel internationally (~20–30%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or related field.
• Mandarin and English fluency required for technical exchanges and daily program alignment with Chinese partners.
• 5+ years of total professional experience in customer communication, technical, engineering, or project/program management environments, with at least 3+ years in Program Management or Technical Account Management.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~20–30%).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end program execution and milestone delivery from sampling gates to scale-up with major Chinese manufacturers and OEMs.
• Act as the primary technical and operational interface for Chinese accounts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate discussions on technical specs, testing protocols, samples, and milestones to align with internal capacity.
• Assess bottlenecks, quality deviations, or delays and communicate risks and mitigations to leadership and customers.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance to mobilize resources and fulfill APQP/PPAP requirements.
• Plan and host onsite audits, technical reviews, and executive visits in China and global facilities.
