Texas AirSystems is seeking an experienced Chiller Service Technician to perform inspections and maintenance on industrial mechanical systems, including air cooled and centrifugal chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and related equipment. The role requires strong customer service orientation and collaboration with Project Managers and Service Coordinators.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of chiller/HVAC maintenance experience, an HVAC certification and OSHA 10, a valid driver's license, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Current HVAC certification and OSHA 10 Training are required.
• 5+ years of experience in chiller/HVAC maintenance or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and unscheduled maintenance/repair of industrial mechanical systems including chillers, pumps, cooling towers and air handling units.
• Diagnose and repair defects in electronic, mechanical and electrical components and communicate needs to customers.
• Oversee installation and operation of mechanical systems.
• Support training, materials, and tools for chiller/HVAC maintenance.
• Be available for some nights/weekends to service emergencies.
• Maintain company vehicle, stock, tools, and safety equipment.
• Document all services with make/model/serial numbers and test results.
• Provide timely paperwork and communicate progress to dispatch and managers.
• Schedule and coordinate services with customers.
