Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects after handoff from Sales Engineering.
• Review project scope, schedules, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate factory witness testing with customers, engineers, and production teams.
• Manage delivery schedules and communicate site requirements to logistics.
• Track shipped-loose items and resolve delivery discrepancies.
• Coordinate commissioning schedules with customers and service teams.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues affecting timelines or performance.
• Prepare and deliver closeout documents, including manuals, warranties, and as-built documentation.
• Serve as primary customer contact throughout project execution.
• Maintain accurate project records and status updates.
