Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial/industrial HVAC or applied chiller sector.
• State of CT S-2 License.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and leading large projects.
• Deep technical expertise in chiller systems and controls.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior-level client stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L experience.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for chiller services and capital projects.
• Penetrate high-value markets such as healthcare, data centers, manufacturing.
• Lead complex, high-value sales pursuits from origination through close, including contract negotiation.
• Build and sustain long-term strategic client relationships and multi-year service agreements.
• Provide leadership oversight of chiller operations and partner with field leadership to optimize execution.
• Drive performance metrics, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
