Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in HVAC or chiller sector.
• State of CT S-2 License.
• Strong revenue growth and P&L management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy for chiller services, retrofits, and capital projects.
• Penetrate high-value markets like healthcare, data centers, manufacturing.
• Lead executive engagements with C-suite and facility leaders.
• Oversee chiller operations for safety, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Own financial performance of the chiller segment, monitor KPIs and profitability.
